In the last week of April, Touch A Heart won first place for the 2018 Nonprofit Business Plan Competition from the Hogan Entrepreneurs Program and American Savings Bank! This is a huge milestone in our work that has brought us coverage in numerous articles and will boost our future projects. Thank you for all your love and support through our journey!
Touch A Heart was featured in the Proof Positive section of the Midweek magazine on the week of 3/16/16.
A non-profit that works together with Hawaii’s homeless partnered with a relatively new restaurant Saturday to present specially made cookies that will be part of a Valentine’s Day celebration.
“We’re really excited to be partnering together with Odori-ko today for Valentine’s Day,” said Touch A Heart board president Robin Kumabe. “We’re actually putting together these nice favors that we’re going to be giving to the guests, the couples that come tomorrow for Valentine’s Day.”
Touch A Heart is working with the Salvation Army’s program for women that trains them in food service.
